		<description>Inspired by children and old albums, the Pato Fu band recorded their tenth album with musical toys and children's vocal. An interesting project that reaches from babies to moms.
The project was a great success and called the attention of Dermodex, a modern brand specialized in the care and protection of babies, that decided to join the band to develop a innovative project.

Thus, together, they created the Baby Star project: Brazilian´s first music clip made entirely of photos sent over the Internet. People across the country can submit photos of their babies and the best ones will be chosen to be part of the video for the song Rock and RollLullaby.
Did you like the project? To participate is easy, just take a picture of your baby and prove that he was born a star.

		<description>PROBLEM
Garage Interactive Marketing, a Brazilian digital agency, needs young creatives to renew its team and refresh its ideas.

INSIGHT
We need to create something different from the traditional face to face interview, where candidates lose time on traffic jams and creative directors need to stretch their busy schedule.

IDEA
Portfolio Live, an enterely online contest where we can choose our new trainees from an easy and quickly way.

HOW IT WORKS
Students send us 5 of their best works. Garage's creative team receive the material and already reply the candidates by mail with the exactly time of evaluation. When night comes and the right time arrives, we start to evaluate each ad, live, by webcam.

If we like the stuff, we make a rock'n roll sign.
If we don't, we just thumbs down.

Having at least 3 rock'n roll signs, candidate is automatically selected for a personal interview.

Challenge

In Brazil, in order to become an organ donor people just need to say so, to their family. As simple as that, without any bureaucracy. But few people know this, reason why Novartis asked for a campaign.


Solution

We created an extremely simple and functional Facebook App "To donate just say so”. People recorded their voices stating that they are donors and published it onto their wall. Those without a microphone just wrote their message.

Results

Millions of people become aware of their donor desire, and, best of all, in 2010, we beat the Brazilian record of organ donations.

Runway is a famous Brazilian Gym that´s in the market since 1994. In this year, they decided to focus their communication in the overweight young people. But how can you call the attention of this target?


Idea

We decided to reach young people in their weakest point: self esteem
The objective here is to show the difficulty of obesity and encourages young people to do physical exercises at Runway Gym to avoid being fat and unhealthy.
To create a better identification with the public, we use their language: scrapbook, draws and sense of humor.
